True Tickets and Twickets Announce Face Value Ticket Resale for UK
True Tickets and Twickets are partnering to bring face value resale directly into the ticket. Venues will be able to give audiences the flexibility they expect, stay ahead of upcoming UK resale legislation, and reveal shadow audiences by capturing every attendee back into Tessitura.
Venues will soon be able to offer one-tap access to tickets stored directly in patrons’ device-native wallets, all secured with dynamic QR codes. Early adopters like Royal Ballet & Opera are in the final stages of beta testing, making entry faster for their visitors and tickets even easier to find.
True Tickets' new documentation site is our central support hub designed to help our clients quickly find answers, guidance, FAQs, and best practices. Access to this resource is limited to current clients only.
