Are Digital Tickets Still Valid If We Change the Delivery Method On the Order?

If an order is processed and delivered with the True Tickets delivery method, and then the order's delivery method is changed BEFORE the tickets are reprinted.  The QR code on the digital ticket will fail because the original ticket number has changed.

  • If the ticket_id in Tessitura does not change, the digital tickets in the wallet will continue to be valid. If the tickets are reprinted and the delivery method does not change, the digital tickets will continue to be valid
  • The only way to currently remove tickets from a wallet is to return and reseat the Sub Line item in the order.
