Delivering Digital Tickets in Packages

Package tickets do not have to be digitally delivered at the same time. True Tickets looks at the Sub Line Items in the order. If the line item's status is SPD (seated, paid) or TPD (ticketed, paid), the system will deliver the tickets if the performance is set to deliver digital tickets.

Digital tickets in packages can be delivered by performance or Production Season by adding the TT Allow Digital Delivery content type with a value of Yes. The tickets will be delivered on the next Poller run. This is true only if the T_DEFAULTS resource table value for TT DEF Allow Digital Delivery is set to a value of No. If it has a value of Yes, the digital tickets have been or are in the process of being delivered if their sub-line status is SPD or TPD.

Be sure to check that the PRINTING box is checked in the Mode of Sale tab of the performance and package. If the box is UNCHECKED, the tickets will deliver without seat locations. If the box is CHECKED, the tickets will be delivered with seat locations.
