Invalid Source Number Error from Tessitura

Here's some instructions Daniel provided when we've come across this previously:
  1. Lookup the Default Source_no System Default (Tessitura Web Parent Table) in T_DEFAULTS
  2. Find the Source in GoTo > Campaigns > Appeals
  3. Verify that the Source is active
  4. Verify that the Source's Appeal is active
  5. Verify that the Appeal's Campaign is active
  6. Verify that the Control Group associated with the Source's Appeal is assigned to TT_GRP in Tessitura Security

NOTE: Source should be an "evergreen" one that doesn't expire at the end of the fiscal year if possible.
