Prevent seating from displaying in wallet 

True Tickets doesn't use Keywords. We only have Content Lines that can be added.

1. Add Content Line TT Allow Delivery set to No at Prod Season or Performance level. This will prevent all tickets for the performance from delivering. When you're ready to deliver, change the No value to a Yes.

2. Allow the tickets to deliver normally but without the Seat Locations by unchecking the MOS Printing CheckBox on the MOS tab of the Performance set up and the MOS tab of the Package set up - This leaves the order as TT Delivered but not as Printed. The patron will see tickets in their wallet with the message "Your Seat Has Not Been Assigned". When you're ready for seating to display, you'll enable printing but checking the checkbox.

In either case, please put in a support ticket letting us know when you're enabling the tickets to deliver. We'll watch the poller to make sure it isn't overwhelmed by too many tickets hitting it at the same time. Probably not going to be an issue but we'd rather be safe than sorry!
