Temporary Login error

This error message indicates that the constituent's login is "temporary." If the login is flagged as temporary in Tessitura or a password does not exist, then True Tickets does not consider it valid when logging in with a password (as opposed to Password-less or Seamless Auth). Please check the logins for those that are having issues and see if they are temporary logins. If they are, then they'll need to reset the password so the temporary status is removed.
