Order of Tickets Inside Wallet

 Tickets in wallets are sorted for each event according to the seat information displayed on the tickets. For example, tickets using the default field labels of Section, Row, and Seat will now sort alpha-numerically, first by Section, then by Row, and then by Seat. For tickets on which you have configured different seating fields, they will sort in the order the fields appear on the tickets from left to right: first by the label on the first field, then by the value, and continuing in the same way for fields 2, 3, and 4 respectively.

PLEASE NOTE: For large groups, the system can support delivery of up to 100 tickets per event in the order. You can add as many orders as you need to reach the respective Group number. We can confirm that up to 3,000 tickets to a single show can be rendered in a single user's wallet.
