TR_COUNTRY ID 231 TNEW Defect

Issue
Accounts created via True Tickets have their future orders automatically switched to the HABO delivery method because the country field is blank. Or at least, the “country” it’s selecting (ID 231) for these new accounts is blank. But when these True Tickets-created accounts are changed to the USA country, the online orders remain set to Mobile Wallet. Can I update ID 231 in the TR_COUNTRY system table so the system doesn’t think the Country field on an account is blank?
 
Support Resolution

This is a defect TNEXWEB-33835 where TNEW is unable to display the Checkout page when the Country description is NULL.

These are the suggestions we have seen given to other clients on their Tickets with Tessitura:

  • For ID 231, change the Description to:    Unknown
    • And then refresh the TNEW Cache
  • Another idea is updating the Payment Page: Heading Instructional Text to instruct them to the Update Account page to register a complete address if they would like to receive a ticket other than HABO
