CLEARWATER, FL / BOSTON, MA (November 11, 2025) — Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc., one of the nation’s most honored performing arts centers organizations, has partnered with True Tickets, the secure digital ticket delivery service built for arts, culture and entertainment venues. Together, they will bring mobile-first ticketing to venues across the region—including Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre, The BayCare Sound, and more—delivering a seamless, secure, and connected patron experience.

Beginning this season, guests at Ruth Eckerd Hall venues will receive their tickets via contactless digital delivery and access them through password-less login for swift, fully accessible entry. Each digital ticket is delivered as a dynamic QR code, allowing staff to scan in real time and move patrons quickly through entry. Ruth Eckerd Hall now has full control over how tickets are shared, and every delivery, transfer, and scan syncs directly to Tessitura, giving a clear view of who actually attends events—not just who buys the ticket.

This partnership reflects a growing trend among leading venues to adopt solutions that go beyond fraud prevention and help them build lasting audience relationships through better data, flexibility, and trust.

“We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience for our patrons while protecting the integrity of each performance,” said Susan M. Crockett, Ruth Eckerd Hall President & CEO. “True Tickets offers an elegant solution that works across our unique venue footprint—from our historic theaters to our modern outdoor amphitheater—and gives us new tools to serve our community better at every touchpoint.”

“Ruth Eckerd Hall is a powerhouse—artistically, operationally, and in its connection to the Tampa Bay community,” said Ken Lesnik, Head of Business Development at True Tickets. “We’re thrilled to partner with their team to support digital transformation at scale, delivering mobile-first ticketing that meets the moment and respects the artistry.”

The rollout will include Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre, The BayCare Sound, and select events produced by Ruth Eckerd Hall On The Road.
