DYNAMIC QR CODES REDUCE FRAUD AND ABUSE

Patrons access digital tickets in their branded ticket wallet, a hyper-performant web application for fast mobile loading.  True Tickets digital tickets display a dynamic QR code that continuously refreshes to reduce fraud and duplicate scans; expired codes scan as invalid. Each scan pings True Tickets for real-time validation. Ticket transfers and other interactions sync back into Tessitura, and write to “Order Seat History” for a complete audit trail. QR code refresh requires only 200 bytes. You can generate several thousand QR codes for roughly the same bandwidth as a single print-at-home PDF.
